Jigsaw Gallery has been established since 1993 and we are now entering our 10th year as a retailer and our 6th year online.

We are what you might call a "bricks and clicks" business as you can not only buy online but also over the counter at our branch in Surrey and West Sussex.

We do NOT offer "free shipping" by building these costs into the puzzle price.

Shipping Worldwide : Whilst we do our best to keep our shipping costs low, our prices are simply a reflection of the charges made to us.
We are constantly reviewing this situation to obtain the best deal possible for our customers.

Customer Service : Our dedication to providing you with the best service is reflected in the high level of customer satisfaction . We regularly receive glowing praise from customers and give you the opportunity to rate our service by viewing our Customer Feedback page . When we do receive any negative comments, these are acted upon immediately and any problems are rectified to the best of our ability. We also post a regular customer service report which enabels you to see how we have acted on any comments you have mentioned.
